I love Kickboxing!
I love kickboxing at ILKB in Columbus, GA! I was looking for something different than the routine I was in going to the gym. One of my favorite parts about ILKB is that the workout changes and you never do the same workout twice. The instructors are all very nice, motivating, and they help you any way they can to make you comfortable and successful. I have been a member for a month, and I can see myself being a member for years to come!
